I love a good waterfall. It doesn’t have to be the highest falls in the world, although one day I do hope to visit Angel Falls; it doesn’t have to be the widest or heaviest flow to capture my attention. There is just something so peaceful about how the crashing sound of water drowns out all of the noise and problems of the world. I could sit for hours in front of a waterfall listening to that serene, perpetual noise.
This particular cascading falls is the Trahlyta Falls in Georgia’s Vogel State Park. It is the runoff for Trahlyta Lake. A great destination for all those Atlanta residents looking to get out of the city for a day or two.
